The Naschmarkt is the real market for food in Vienna for local as well as visiting people.  It is located in the 6th Viennese district called Mariahilf.  On the left and right between grain market / Secession and the Chain Bridge Street, on the vaulted River Wien . The Naschmarkt is 2.315 hectares of the largest urban market in Vienna and over half a kilometer long with over 100 permanent stalls. It is well regarded by all as a true Viennese landmark . The market has been operating for hundreds of years and is now a variety of dining restaurants and food stalls.
